Windows 10でSIPp 3.6.1を動かす

「makeできた」ことだけ報告します。make方法は別途紹介したいと思います。

経緯

  • Windows上で動くsip-serverをテストするためにメイクしました。
  • なんとすんなりmakeできました。
  • Windows 10のCygwin64環境でmakeしています。
